– Age 40–75 years
– BMI 18.5–40 kg
– Documented COPD within the last 12 months
– Current smoker or former smoker with ≥10 pack-years
– On at least two inhaled maintenance medications for COPD

– Other significant lung disease (asthma, IPF, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, TB, pulmonary fibrosis)
– Recent COPD exacerbation (<8 weeks), pneumonia (<14 days), or respiratory infection (5 yrs)
– Pregnant or breastfeeding
