  • Diagnosis of bi-polar and are in or near remission
  • On a stable medication regimen with a max of 4 medications
  • A lifetime diagnosis of psychotic disorder, or any eating disorder
  • Have had more than 3 mood episodes in the past 12 months
  • Within 180 days had moderate or severe substance abuse or alcohol use disorder
