Total compensation:
- Ages 18-74
- Diagnosed with depression before the age of 60 and current depressive episode ≤24 months.
- Had an inadequate response from no more than 2 antidepressants.
- On an antidepressant for at least 6 weeks and less than 18 months.
- Medically Stable
- History of narcolepsy or seizures.
- Cushing’s Disease, Addison’s Disease, or other evidence of significant medical disorders of the HPA Axis.
- Allergies to seltorexant and quetiapine
